Purchasing

Purchases are available through e-store or by custom order. E-store purchases may be made by residents of the U.S. and for certain additional regions of the world.  We are always working to accommodate our clients and encourage you to inform us of your specific situation and needs. Please note all prices are listed in US Dollars.

Shipping

All items are insured & shipped within two business days using FedEx Express unless otherwise noted. The shipping cost will be included in the invoice after a Purchase form is submitted.  For security reasons, purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not secured by FedEx.  Each hat is packaged in a custom wooden hat box for shipping and gifting.  We also recommend it for storage to ensure proper space and protection.

Payment

Though we may consider alternative forms of payment, we utilize PayPal for invoices to secure the information of our clients.  Your credit card will only be charged upon your approval of the invoice.  Invoices are sent via e-mail.  For NY State residents: please note 8.875% sales tax will be collected.

Returns

All sales are final. Please inquire with product questions using our Contact page prior to submitting a Purchase form.

Custom Orders

Once a Custom Order form is submitted, an Ashley Lloyd Millinery associate will contact you within two business days.  Upon agreement, an invoice listing a non-refundable 50% of the hat’s retail price and approximate project time will be sent to you for approval.  After completion, another invoice with the remaining 50% plus shipping fee will be sent and you will be charged upon shipment.

Materials
No animals were harmed for the purpose of creating Ashley Lloyd Millinery pieces.  Aside from adhesives and lining, all materials are natural byproducts.  We do not condone anything but ethical animal treatment.
